There is never telling what the stock market may throw at you. Other than stocks selling off, downtrends typically come fast and unexpected. Today, we have entered a new stock market downtrend.

During times like these, most stocks decrease in price, so buying may not work in your favor. There are always three positions to take:

1) Long

2) Short

3) Cash
